Dear Friends and Neighbors,
The 2023 legislative session is now in the books, and most state lawmakers are back home in our respective districts. So many things happened over the last three and a half months, which is why now is a great time for a recap.
This is a reminder that I will join my seatmates Rep. Paul Harris, R-Vancouver, and Sen. Lynda Wilson, R-Vancouver, for a virtual town hall meeting Wednesday, May 3, from 6 to 7 p.m.
The one-hour meeting held over the Zoom platform will give you an opportunity to learn more about the 2023 session, which ended a little over a week ago, on April 23.
In addition to reviewing some of the bills that passed in the Senate and House of Representatives and providing an update on our own legislation, we also plan to answer your questions and address your concerns.
Those who wish to participate in the meeting must click here to register for the event online.
So, please join us this Wednesday night to share your input and get your questions answered. We are ready to listen. Thank you for your continued support. I appreciate your trust in me and allowing me to serve you.
It’s an honor
Kevin Waters
